These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Merit Land Company LLC (“Merit Land Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or submitting information to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Merit Land Company is a private buyer of vacant land. We purchase property for our own account. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not represent buyers or sellers, list property for sale, or earn commissions. 2. Informational purposes only

Content on this site is provided for general information. Nothing on this site is an offer to purchase any specific property, and no communication from us creates a binding agreement. Any offer we make is non-binding and subject to change until a written purchase and sale agreement is executed by both parties, and remains subject to our review of title, access, and property condition.

3. Information you submit

You agree that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the owner of the property described or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. You agree we may contact you by phone, email, or mail regarding your inquiry. Do not submit confidential information you do not wish us to receive.

4. SMS messaging terms

• We send text messages only to individuals who affirmatively opt in by checking the SMS consent box, which is never pre-selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an offer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
