    We review comps, access, zoning, and title records at our own cost, free to you.

  3. You receive a written offer

    A written, no-obligation offer with a plain explanation of how we got the number.

  4. Title, closing & you get paid

    A licensed title company or closing attorney handles the paperwork, and you get paid at closing.
